General Policy – Our most important policy is that you love both what you give and what you receive from our web store and our 3,000 square ft. brick and mortar store in Haverford, PA. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your items, please send them back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to help you choose something else to your liking.
Shipping – Currently, Home Grown Inc. does not ship Internationally. We ship nationally with UPS ground insured. Once the order is placed, the shipping cost will be determined and added to the invoice total. If you would like a shipping estimate prior to purchase, please feel free to call or email the store. Please note if something is received in damaged condition, it is critically important for you to follow the directions on the exterior of the shipping carton in order to get a replacement. If the directions are not followed and the packaging is not saved in its entirety, we cannot assure a complimentary replacement.
Returns/Exchanges – If for any reason you are unhappy with a gift/item received, we will gladly accept it in exchange for something else found either on our website or in our store within 30 days from receipt. Please call the store for an RA# and return shipping instructions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that all purchases are returned for store credit only.
