If you call outside of our store hours, just leave a message and we'll get back to you the following morning. A knowledgeable sales associate can answer any of your questions — home related that is — so ask away! Our store hours are Monday thru Friday 10 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 10 am to 5 pm EST.

RETURNS

If you are returning the item, we will send you a gift certificate for the dollar amount of the item. Please note that our gift certificates do not expire. If you are exchanging the item, please be sure to include your credit card payment information to pay for shipping and handling charges of your new items, along with any overage payment for new replacement merchandise that exceeds the original amount to be refunded. (Please note that original delivery and handling charges are not refunded when you return an item). If you have questions, please call us at 1.800.356.7416

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received a gift from our store or website and it is not your taste, please send it back within 30 days of the date noted on the gift receipt and we will happily exchange it for you. If you see something on the website that you'd prefer, please note that on the packing slip, along with your credit card info and we will send you the new item. If you'd like to hold on to the merchandise credit for future use, please just send the item back within the allocated 30 days and we will issue you a gift credit.
 

SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGES

Please call us right away at 1.800.356.7416 or email us at info@homegrownpa.com if your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred. Do not dispose of any packaging materials. Please provide us with all of the essential order information found on the paperwork and we will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you once the damage item is returned. If the item is not in stock, we will special order it for you. If there is urgency regarding the replacement piece, we can discuss our options over the phone.
